State-of-the-art sports and recreation facilities may have site development, financial, and schedule constraints requiring creative and effective solutions. In addition, they require keen coordination between project team members to keep those constraints in check. The owner, user groups, architects, landscape architects, and utilities, including water, sewer, and electrical all have a stake in the project. Parks and recreational projects, while entertaining, can also be our most challenging. Our innovations create multi-purpose facilities that protect and enhance Arizonan’s quality of life.
